Conhecido pelos seus reality shows, o canal americano E! decidiu experimentar algo novo e produzir ficção. " The Royals" será o primeiro drama com argumento do canal, e já é possível ver aquilo que nos espera.
" The Royals" foca-se na vida tumultosa de uma família real britânica, bastante fictional! A série é da mente de Mark Schwahn ( One Tree Hill), e conta com Elizabeth Hurley, no papel de uma rainha de Inglaterra não lá muito real e composta. As filmagens da série irão decorrer ao longo deste verão, e estreia de " The Royals" está marcada para 2015.
